[ros-users] kforge.ros.org down?

Hi,

It looks like kforge.ros.org is down. Same symptoms: responds to ping,
but not available on http(s). And thanks to
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/kforge.ros.org it does not look
like it's just me.

Would Apache have hung again?
