[ros-users] self_test: failed to call service

I'm trying to add some self_test to my code but I'm having an issue: when I
try to call the self_test service, it just hangs.

I tried this on the selftest_example in the self_test node:
  > rosrun self_test run_selftest /my_node/self_test

Failed to call service.

The /my_node/self_test is there though:
 > rosservice info /my_node/self_test
Node: /my_node
URI: rosrpc://
Type: diagnostic_msgs/SelfTest

Any ideas?
