[ros-users] New e-mail list: ros-release

We've created a new e-mail list, ros-release at code.ros.org, for those
who contribute stacks to ROS distribution releases.   The list is
meant to be low-traffic and focus on important announcements/updates
relating to the stack release infrastructure.

I have tried to invite as many current stack maintainers as possible,
though I may have missed some in this initial subscription.  If you
