If you are using Ubuntu you should open a terminal, navigate to a directory
you want the code to be downloaded to and type

svn checkout https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/branches/trunk_<https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/branches/trunk_cturtle/sandbox/arduino/>
cturtle/sandbox/arduino/<https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/branches/trunk_cturtle/sandbox/arduino/>

If you don't have svn, download it via the package manager.

If you are using Windows, switch to Ubuntu.
:D Just joking, you should use TortoiseSVN with Windows.
