[ros-users] Bug in ROS Ubuntu package libopencv2.3-dev_2.3.1+svn6514+branch23-10

Hi,

I actually think that patches should be submitted via a ticket in trac, not
on answers.ros.org. E.g for opencv here:
https://kforge.ros.org/opencv/trac/newticket
