[ros-users] roscpp, catkin: passing the baton

Just wanted to let the community know that maintainership of catkin and
roscpp are passing to Brian Gerkey and Dirk Thomas, as I'm sure many of you
have already noticed.  I'm moving to a new position within Willow Garage's
"extended family", at Industrial Perception, Inc.
