[ros-users] answers.ros.org downtime Sunday afternoon

> answers.ros.org is online again.  It has been upgraded to 0.7.39 of askbot.

For the new site to work properly on my computer, I had to erase my
browser cache  first: press ctrl-shift-r when viewing answers.ros.org.
 Otherwise clicking a link would bring me to the wrong question.
