[ros-users] Introducing ROS Hydromedusa

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your input in brainstorming the name of the next release.
 I'm pleased to announce that the ROS release following Groovy Galapagos
will be Hydromedusa.  The codename will simply be ROS hydro for simpler
typing.
