[ros-users] How to "up" a trac ticket, or rosanwer and/or check status ?

Hi all,

I have a problem on Debian with offline build of eigen for some time.
There are 3 opened threads :

I was wondering where am I supposed to ask (or receive) info on
current work on this problems ? (it's a general question, not
depending on this request).

P.S. : I'm not requiring someone to work on this ^^, I would love to
help on this but I just don't know at all how all this is working so
I'm just waiting and trying to get info.
