[ros-users] ROS Users and ROS Relese mailing list migration Thursday

Hi Everyone,

We are continuing our migration of ROS services to be hosted at OSU's OSL.
 We are doing our best at migrating everything in the background but some
services cannot be migrated transparently.  Tomorrow (Thursday) we have
scheduled the migration of the ros-users and ros-release mailing lists.

The archives and subscription lists should fully transfer and the mailing
list will continue to be at the same address. However during the day
tomorrow, as we migrate the services, mail sent to ros-users and
ros-release may or may not be delivered, and may or may not be archived.
 We will send an update when the migration has completed.
