It's also worth noting that the OpenCV tarball is down. (In fact it seems like the entire repo was clobbered somehow.)

See <https://github.com/ros-gbp/opencv2-release/archive/release/opencv2/2.4.3.tar.gz> (I get an HTTP not found error).
