[ros-users] REP 127 Ratified and other REP updates

Hi Everyone,

We've cleaned up REP 127 and have changed it to accepted based on feedback.
 You can see the final version at http://ros.org/reps/rep-0127.html  A
special thanks goes to Jack O'Quin who helped keep the process going.

We have also reviewed several other REPs and added some clarifying notes
mostly about scope and noting things which are specific to rosbuild.
 Including REP 100, 109, 122, 126 137. You can see the changes in pull
requests on the REP repo:

REP 106 has been withdrawn as it is not expected to be implemented.

There are two ongoing discussions for REP 140 an update to the package
manifest format. And REP 124 also has pending updates.  To see open pull
