[ros-users] OS X 10.9 Mavericks

I wanted to let everyone know that a few users have updated to Mavericks
and run into problems building both ROS and its dependencies due to changes
in the developers tools. I would recommend users which use ROS on their
Macs to hold off on upgrading to Mavericks until we have resolved these
issues.
