[ros-users] broken "www" links to the ROS wiki

The difference between both URLs was a DNS issue.
But since DNS has been propagated for some time now both URLs did not work.

Actually the "independent" folder is not covered by rosdoclite and was not synced correctly.
I resynced this part from the old server.
Now both URLs are working...
