[ros-users] New packages for Groovy

Hello Everyone,

We're happy to bring to you a large update of ROS Groovy. There are 81 new
packages as well as 174 updated packages. This was all made possible by
close to 50 maintainers.

As a reminder we are approaching the end of life for groovy packages.
Groovy packaging will be terminated sometime after Indigo is released and
before JTurtle is started building. Any maintainers with pending groovy
patches please consider releasing them soon.
