So, I'm not quite sure where to put them since they follow a different
trajectory than the normal beginner tutorials. I know there's a "See also:"
section at the end of the tutorials, but I wonder if the main tutorials
page should have a more prominently displayed category for alternate
/externals tutorials. Thoughts?

As an aside, is it known why the ROS wiki has been going down a lot
recently, or should I just whine to Bill about it?
