[ros-users] ros-hydro-desktop-full won't install

I cannot reproduce this, I just created a 12.04.4 32-bit VM and was able to
install hydro-desktop-full. Are you using shadow-fixed or the public Debian
repositories?

Shadow-fixed can fluctuate when the build farm is building new packages
from new releases lower in the dependency graph.
