Hi Sai,

Thanks for putting the effort into your question. A well asked question is
valuable for both the asker as well as others with similar questions in the
future. That's the right place to ask your question.

You've done a good job of collecting most of the relevant information and
presenting it in a cohesive way. However you have embedded many questions
throughout your long post, making it hard to find exactly what your
question is and you can see that the first answer is only a response to
your first question. I'd suggest that the best way to ask your questions
would be to make a few smaller more focused questions.

I'll use this as an excuse to remind the community about guidelines and
best practices for asking questions.

We have guidelines for asking questions at: http://wiki.ros.org/Support

In general the biggest mistake I see in asking questions is not giving
enough background information and instructions how to reproduce problems.
Often major pieces of information are left out such as what versions of
packages are being run, and how they have been installed. It's important to
remember that the person answering your question only has the information
you write down in the post.

The other thing is to have patience and update your question as you do more
debugging yourself. The person with the most ability to answer the question
is yourself since you have access to the system, unless you can give full
instructions for reproducing the problem. And remember that everyone
answering questions on answers.ros.org is volunteering their time to help
you, so focus your efforts in composing questions to make it as easy as
possible for people to help you. If it requires several iterations of
updates or a long setup they may run out of time or lose track of your
question over time.
