[ros-users] ROS K-Turtle Naming Thread

Hello everyone,

This may seem like an extension of what Gary suggested, however it relates
to a different part of the globe. In Sanskrit and also in Hindi, *Kacchua*
means Turtle. Other variant is *Kacchap.*
