Like [Kinetic](https://discourse.ros.org/t/preparing-for-kinetic-sync-2016-12-12/962?u=tfoote) we have over 100 packages and no known regressions. 

Please reply if you have a reason not to sync in the next day or two. 

Otherwise we will hold new releases until then.

If you have a chance please test out the packages in shadow-fixed.
