Kinetic Maintainers,

We're preparing for a Kinetic sync. 

Reviewing the repository state there's a handful of [regressions](http://repositories.ros.org/status_page/ros_kinetic_default.html?q=REGRESSION)

Debugging them I've identified the following issues:
