Use the [original tb3 model](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5873b5c5378bf117c2236519/w/e46e4f42a85c183e5ef4603c/e/822045dabfca34ed81fdc999) on onshape and go to parts. It has the caster holder. But the inner parts look like they need to be split from the wheel.
