Indigo Maintainers,

We're getting ready for a new sync. I've identified one regression that I've [rolled back](https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/15372). After that rollback rebuilds I will recheck the status. 

If there are any other known issues that might effect the sync please reply here.
