We also have another updated set of package for Kinetic. This is a quick sync like the [indigo and jade ones](https://discourse.ros.org/t/new-packages-for-indigo-and-jade-2017-03-03/1417?u=tfoote) to resolve [this](https://discourse.ros.org/t/need-to-sync-new-release-of-rqt-topic-indigo-jade-kinetic/1410) regression.
