[ros-users] [Discourse.ros.org] [Packaging and Release Management] Building a Jenkins Documentation Job Locally

 Running into problems with a documentation build on [jenkins](http://build.ros.org/job/Kdoc__py_trees_ros__ubuntu_xenial_amd64/8/consoleFull#console-section-24) that I can't seem to reproduce despite trying to recreate the workspace as faithfully as the log reports. Is there a way to build the job locally with a docker like can be done with the pre-releases?
