We're happy to announce 4 new packages and 66 updated packages for Indigo. 

There are a 10 packages removed or which have stopped building. We discussed them in [this threa](https://discourse.ros.org/t/preparing-for-indigo-sync-2018-04-02/4370?u=tfoote)
