Also please consider taking a little bit more time to fill out your question. The better and more specific your question the better an answer you will get. Your question is generic enough that the first link on a search for ROS2 is about as good an answer as you can get: https://github.com/ros2/ros2/wiki with links to Tutorials, contributing guide and developer guide.
