We have over 200 new and updated packages for Kinetic. 

After [rolling back one release](https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/17589) which was causing regressions on Jessie, there's one outstanding regression that's also effecting Indigo: 

- https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_3rdparty/issues/142

This failure only is causing one metapackage, jsk_3rdparty, to regress as the build failure is in a new package. As such I plan to go ahead and not hold the sync as there's no broken code based on the issue. @k-okada FYI 

If there are any other known issues please reply here otherwise we will plan to sync tomorrow.
