We had a fix for https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_3rdparty/issues/139 but the fix also has a new issue. It's now ticketed at:

https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_3rdparty/issues/142

As with the [planned Kinetic sync](https://discourse.ros.org/t/preparing-for-kinetic-sync-2018-04-24/4603), since this only a regression of the metapackage and the build failure is on a new package inserted I'm not going to gate on this being resolved. 

For the Trust i386 builds @k-okada is looking at breaking it apart into more separable packages to decrease the build time overall, and @nuclearsandwich is also looking at how to bring the speed back up on the executors. But since both of those are not quick fixes I'm going to let these Trusty i386 builds regress and hopefully they can be restored in the next sync.
