You can find a [Quality Guide section in the ROS2 wiki](https://github.com/ros2/ros2/wiki/Quality-Guide) now. A point to note is the dependency of various quality attributes on general design considerations which will be addressed in a [Design Guide section in the ROS2 wiki](https://github.com/ros2/ros2/wiki/Design-Guide). Both guides use a pattern format for efficient knowledge communication/transfer.
