@yechun [`openslam_gmapping`](https://github.com/allenh1/openslam_gmapping) and [`slam_gmapping`](https://GitHub.com/allenh1/slam_gmapping) are actually ported already.

@marguedas I ported these a while ago, just as an exercise. So maybe the solution is not to release them, but know they exist?
