Hi!  I just have a question about the bar graphs found on [the ROS-I day outcomes page](https://rosindustrial.org/news/2018/9/24/world-ros-i-day-what-went-down-and-what-it-means).  Are these statistics for July 13th and July 16th only? Or are they for a period of time?  Is there any reason those dates were chosen?  Thanks you!
