There was a bug fixed in rosbash_params 1.0.2 regarding incorrect handling of arguments with whitespace ( https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/20206#issuecomment-461420930 ). This package doesn't yet have any automated tests and it is quite a young package, so it probably won't break anything.
