[ros-users] [Discourse.ros.org] [Packaging and Release Management/Indigo] Preparing for Indigo Sync 2019-03-19

Indigo Maintainers,

We're due for another sync. We currently have 33 packages ready for [sync](http://repositories.ros.org/status_page/ros_indigo_default.html?q=SYNC) and one [regression](https://github.com/allenh1/p2os/issues/60) that I have just [rolled back](https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/20619) since it looks like it might just be a backport that needed newer dependencies.

I will plan to hold new releases and do the sync at the end of this week. If there's anything that should be considered relating to this plan please reply here.
