Soonhac, <br>The recommended version of ROS is 1.0.2 in the boxturtle distribution. I would suggest that you visit the installation page on the wiki <a href="http://www.ros.org/wiki/ROS/Installation">http://www.ros.org/wiki/ROS/Installation</a> to get the newer versions of everything. <br>
<br>Packages are not versioned, but stacks in which they are distributed are. image_transport is part of the image_common stack. You will find a version number in the CMakeLists.txt in the root of the stack. <br><br>Tully<br>
