Thanks John for those updates.It worked finally!<br />
One more noticeable issue, as I am using BoxTurtle, I don't find "reindex" is a valid command extension for a rosbag.<br />
Below is the line mentioned in the Wiki page for that, <br />
<pre><span style="font-size: 12px;">rosbag reindex <name of the bag that you downloaded / created in step 2><br /><br />I request you to check it.</span>
