[ros-release] groovy-pr2-controllers has been broken since May 8

Hi, all

I'm not sure who and where to ask this, but groovy-pr2-controllers has been
broken since May 8[1]. It seems robot_mechanism_controller could not find
kdl.

I still do not understand what's wrong with it but it seems
http://jenkins.ros.org/job/ros-groovy-orocos-kinematics-dynamics_binarydeb_precise_amd64/was
changed around May 8 and this might be the problem.

Does anyone knows how to fix this?
