[ros-release] build-status page and the available packages are different

Hi ros-relase,

I'm seeing a ros-hydro-hrpsys with the latest version (315.3.1) is
available on shadow-fixed repo at the build-status page[1], but
apt-get fetches an older version like this:

ros-hydro-hrpsys 315.3.0-1precise-20150328-0808-+0000

List of packages on shadow-fixed[2] shows the same version number with
the same timestamp.

Content of /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list:

    deb http://packages.ros.org/ros-shadow-fixed/ubuntu precise main

Am I missing something here?
