[ros-release] collada error during apt-get dist-upgrade

The issue with them properly colliding is ticketed. But if Austin was only
doing an upgrade, it should not be switching. We cannot have dependencies
on both the single precision and double precision versions. We need to find
out why the single precision version is being installed on an upgrade and
avoid that.
