[ros-release] Preparations for final releases for Saucy, Utopic, and Vivid for Indigo and Jade April 1st.

Hey All,

As I announced on ros-users we've synced Indigo and now we need to
stabilize Jade. We've merged all the outstanding Jade release pull requests
on rosdistro and it will be a few days to rebuild everything.

We'll go back into a quite period for Jade and indigo pull requests to
allow the build farm to catch up.

In the mean time we're also pushing toward Kinetic's Beta. For more info on
that see the other thread Jackie started. We are not going to hold new
Kinetic releases since they will be leaf packages and won't slow down the
jade rebuild too much.
