I haven't had the time to port the package to cturtle.
download_unpack.mk had disappeared from cturtle but was present in
boxturtle.
As a temporarily work-around you can also check out the boxturtle packages
and do:
sudo cp /opt/ros/boxturtle/ros/core/mk/download_unpack.mk/opt/ros/cturtle/ros/core/mk
I plan to fix this problem soon.
