Finally, it worked. Thanks a lot to those who helped me especially Tinne, fixing the package installation. It is of great help. I really appreciate it :-)

This is the error I expected.
I haven't had the time to port the package to cturtle.
download_unpack.mk had disappeared from cturtle but was present in boxturtle.
As a temporarily work-around you can also check out the boxturtle packages and do:
sudo cp /opt/ros/boxturtle/ros/core/mk/download_unpack.mk /opt/ros/cturtle/ros/core/mk
I plan to fix this problem soon.
