[ros-users] Korean translation of ROS documentation

Hi, ROS users,

I'd like to start translation of ROS documentation on ROS wiki into Korean.
Is there any rule for translation such as

- Should I create a separate web site for translation?
- Is there a naming rule for a translated page?

If there is any rule for translation, please let me know.
