[ros-users] usb_cam error

hello ros users,

when I try to install dependencies for usb_cam I encounter this error:
Failed to find rosdep libswscale for package usb_cam on OS:ubuntu
version:10.10
ERROR: ABORTING: Rosdeps [u'libswscale'] could not be resolved

prior to that i have downloaded the bosch drivers here
https://bosch-ros-pkg.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/bosch-ros-pkg<http://www.ros.org/browse/repo.php?repo_host=https%3A%2F%2Fbosch-ros-pkg.svn.sourceforge.net%2Fsvnroot%2Fbosch-ros-pkg>

what am i missing?
