[ros-users] Please remove references to msg/cpp and srv/cpp from package manifests

roswtf should already warn in this case, something like:


WARNING The following packages have msg/srv-related cflags exports
that are no longer necessary
	<export>
		<cpp cflags="..."
	</export>:
 * visualization_msgs: -I${prefix}/msg/cpp
