[ros-users] ROS 1.1.13 released to cturtle

Hey all,

ROS 1.1.13 has been released to the cturtle tag, but is not available in deb
form yet.  This is a bugfix release that fixes a number of high priority
issues that were affecting (among others) the pr2_calibration and pr2_gazebo
stacks.
