[ros-users] New ros.org GetCode macro

Hi Everyone-

John Bohren was nice enough to write the new GetCode macro for displaying
code in the wiki for tutorials and the like.

The macro takes the uri of the code, the language parser tag, and optional
line # arguments:

<<GetCode(https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/stacks/executive_python/trunk/smach_tutorials/examples/01.py,#!python)>>

or

<<GetCode(https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/stacks/executive_python/trunk/smach_tutorials/examples/01.py,#!python,12,16)>>
