[ros-users] compile from source revision 10262 Cturtle

The name of your ROS directory must be 'ros'. In this case, it's named
cturtle instead. I would recommend following the standard ROS
installation instructions here:

http://www.ros.org/wiki/ROS/Installation

which will prevent these sorts of issues.
