[ros-users] rosdoc - generate pdf

That feature isn't builtin to rosdoc, but it's fairly easy to hack it
in as it is just a wrapper around doxygen. You can hack your own
version by modifying doxy.template in rosdoc. If you come up with a
seamless way to integrate it in, patches are always welcome.
