[ros-users] Problem compiling C++ file locations

You should do it the other way around, 'rosdep install' and then
'rosmake'. You should also add your package's dependencies to the
manifest.xml file, so 'rosmake' knows what to look for.

Try it, and paste the output here if it still fails.
